Behind Narelle
Customer work deserves a better way to prepare.
Narelle is built around a simple idea: customer context becomes more useful when it is organized for the moment where judgment matters.

01 / Why Narelle Exists
The account story is rarely in one place when the next important moment arrives.
Customer context can live across CRM records, usage signals, support history, meeting notes, commercial details, and the reasoning people carry in their heads. The problem is not simply finding more information. It is knowing what matters now without rebuilding the account from scratch.
Narelle treats preparation as a distinct layer of work. It brings relevant evidence together for the Customer Moment ahead, shows where that evidence came from, and helps the account owner turn context into a focused preparation brief while keeping final judgment human.
02 / Why the Name Narelle
A personal reference that came to represent dependable support.
Narelle began as a personal reference to someone important to Yoga. The name stayed because it came to represent something useful beyond its origin: support that stays close when a situation is uncertain and makes the next step easier to navigate.
The product translates that meaning into a practical operating idea. Preserve the context that matters, carry continuity forward, and help the person preparing enter an important customer conversation with a clearer view of what deserves attention.
03 / The Builder
Yoga Adipratama
Founder of Narelle
Customer Success & Account Operations Leader
Yoga built Narelle from patterns he encountered across customer-facing advertising operations: distributed ownership, uneven handovers, fragmented account context, and the repeated effort required to prepare well when information exists in many places.
Before building Narelle, Yoga worked on the Spotify Advertising account through a global delivery partner, progressing from hands-on Account Coordinator work into leading a global Account Coordinator team supporting customer-facing advertising operations across multiple markets. His scope included quality systems, QA, training, preparation standards, continuity practices, team leadership, and global operating processes for complex account workflows across regions.
That experience reinforced a simple pattern. Preparation quality changes how quickly a person can understand a situation, how confidently they can navigate a customer conversation, and how much account knowledge survives when priorities or ownership change.
Narelle is an independent founder project. Spotify does not sponsor or endorse it. The current flagship customer worlds are professionally authored simulations and do not contain confidential customer data.
04 / Product Philosophy
The same customer truth should mean something different in every moment.
Narelle is not another account summary. The preparation layer should reinterpret the same customer truth according to the moment without hiding its evidence or taking judgment away from the account owner.
- 01
Source-aware
Important context should show where it came from so the user can separate evidence from interpretation.
- 02
Situation-aware
The same account evidence should be interpreted differently for a renewal, risk review, expansion discussion, kickoff, or handover.
- 03
Change-aware
Preparation should surface what changed and why it matters now instead of repeating the entire account history every time.
- 04
Gap-aware
Good preparation should make missing ownership, unanswered questions, and unsupported assumptions visible before the conversation begins.
- 05
Continuity-aware
Handovers, temporary coverage, and new ownership should not require the customer story to be rebuilt from memory.
- 06
User-directed
Narelle structures and suggests. The account owner chooses what matters, what evidence to carry, and when preparation is complete.
05 / Vision
Preparation is the wedge. Context orchestration is the larger thesis.
Version 1 proves a focused preparation model. The visitor chooses a customer and a Customer Moment, reviews simulated source evidence, decides what matters, and carries those decisions into a Final Preparation Snapshot.
The longer-term opportunity is larger than one meeting workflow. Customer-facing teams repeatedly need to reconstruct context for renewals, risks, expansions, handovers, account planning, and other moments where the same customer truth must be understood through a different lens.
Future integrations and selective AI could reduce the manual work required to gather, compare, and summarize that context. The product should still preserve source visibility and human judgment rather than turning preparation into an opaque answer.
Version 1 remains intentionally Customer Success first. Adjacent relationship-owning roles are future direction, not a capability claim made by this simulation today.

06 / About This Experience
A transparent Version 1 boundary.
This site demonstrates the preparation model without pretending that future connected capabilities already exist.
- Experience
- Guided product simulation with professionally authored account scenarios.
- Named companies
- Atlassian, HubSpot, Canva, Stripe, and Shopify appear only as simulated customer accounts.
- Source provenance
- CRM, product, support, meeting, commercial, and internal source labels are simulated.
- Product state
- Browser-only preparation state. No account, login, database, or shared workspace is required.
- Not live in Version 1
- No real AI, CRM integration, live customer data, backend automation, or autonomous account scoring.
- Independence
- Narelle is an independent founder project with no sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement from the named companies.
07 / Connect
Preparation is where Narelle begins. It is not where the ambition ends.
If your work involves Customer Success, account management, partnerships, client teams, or the systems behind them, I'd value your view on what feels useful and what should become stronger.
